All our customers and clients can sign up for a FREE injury screening at The Fitness Lair as well as sign up to gain access to the FREE injury hotline, where you can ask licensed physical therapists all your injury questions and they can help you decide your course of action.

Retrofit
Based out of Skokie, IL, Retrofit will now be able to provide UNICUS Fitness customers scientific based weight loss help online no matter where they travel in the world. Using Skype, customers will have access to multiple weight loss professionals including their own Behavior Therapist, Dietitian and Exercise Physiologist who will work with UNICUS Fitness professionals to provide cutting edge weight loss help to all customers. There will also be a Retrofit/UNICUS Fitness Personal Training package that will allow customers access to The Fitness Lair when they are in Chicago and then when they are away, still have access to all the health and fitness professionals provided by both companies online.
