About the Program
The UNICUS Fitness Weight Management Program is a 12-week group class
designed to help participants maintain and/or lose weight. Each week
participants will attend a one hour group session with Megan J.
Campbell, registered dietitian from Healthier Tomorrows.
Meetings
will begin with a weigh-in followed by a nutrition presentation,
discussion, and individual goal setting. Participants will also be
encouraged to complete a food journal during the three month series.
