Weight Management Program
About the Program
 
The UNICUS Fitness Weight Management Program is a 12-week group class designed to help participants maintain and/or lose weight.  Each week participants will attend a one hour group session with Megan J. Campbell, registered dietitian from Healthier Tomorrows. 

Meetings will begin with a weigh-in followed by a nutrition presentation, discussion, and individual goal setting.  Participants will also be encouraged to complete a food journal during the three month series.

4. The truth about carbs
5. Facts about fat
6. Label reading and smart shopping                   
7. Dining away from homehealthy breakfast
8. Healthy meals at home

10. Supplements

11. Weight maintenance
12. Final weigh-in, evaluation, and discussion of future goals
 
Session Dates and Pricing
New classes begin each month.  Visit www.unicusfitness.com for specific start dates and times.  Sessions will be held at the Fitness Lair are open to all outside participants.
