You can now enjoy access to the world class fitness professionals of UNICUS Fitness right inside the Chatham Centre.
 
With innovative group fitness programs and results-orientated personal training, UNICUS Fitness has carved out its reputation of delivering a premium fitness experience to office buildings and their tenants.

You will have an array of fitness options to choose from at The Chatham Centre from UNICUS Fitness on their new 6th floor location (Suite 630)
 

SERVICES AVAILABLE

  •  Premium Classes: The UNICUS Fitness® Wedding Boot Camp (WBC) and Beach Body Emergency (BBE) programs are running every month at the Chatham Centre.  Classes meet on Mon/Tues/Thurs for approximately 50 minutes, WBC @ 6pm, BBE @ 7pm.   Class Start Dates:  11/30/09, 1/11/10, 2/8/10, 3/8/10, 4/5/10, 5/3/10, 6/7/10, 7/5/10, 8/2/10, 8/30/10, 9/27/10, 10/25/10, 11/29/10.   Click on the name of the program you would like to register for.
  • Fitness Assessments: Get your heart rate, blood pressure, weight, body mass index, body fat percentage, muscle percentage,  resting metabolic rate and much more tested!  Schedule your assessment today.
