Serenity Studio is a brand-new Yoga space located inside The Fitness Lair, at the top of 233 N. Michigan Avenue.

 Getting There:

Please email us at yoga@unicusfitness.com or call us at (312) 819-4466 to set up a visit or arrange for a free trial class.

You may register online for any of the class packages or passes.

If you work in the 233 N. Michigan Ave. building and are registered, please take the elevator to the 30th floor.  The instructor will meet you 10 minutes prior to the start of class in the elevator lobby on the 30th floor and escort you up to the Fitness Lair and Serenity Studio.

If you do not work in the building, you must pre-register and let us know you are coming. Then be prepared to show a photo id at the security desk in the downstairs lobby of 233 N. Michigan Ave. The Yoga Instructor will meet you in the downstairs lobby near security 15 minutes prior to the start of class, to escort you up to the Fitness Lair and Serenity Studio.
